Hi, I am having a bit of confusion about IF. I have a few questions. !) How can i gain weight/muscle or just maintain my weight while doing IF? I am a skinny guy and i want to do IF as i have some health problems that i feel it can help me with. 2) Can i i do IF everyday? 3) How many meals can you have while IF? I read somewhere that you can only have 1 or 2 meals but if that’s the case would you not lose a lot of weight especially if you want to make IF a thing you do everyday? Please help. Thanks!
